Don’t let these first pictures fool you...
This week has been hard. Hard for Avery. Hard for the mama. Avery woke up Monday morning acting like she didn’t feel the best and it just got worse throughout the day until finally with a high fever, we took her to the pediatric ER. She has herpingina…never heard of it? Me either. Apparently it’s a common childhood virus that causes blisters in her throat & fevers. We’ve had some sleepless nights & lots of cuddle time. So this week we’ve been lazing around trying our hardest to keep her comfortable and happy. She has her couple of good hours in the day...that’s when I try to take advantage & get us outside for some fresh air & play time, but it only lasts a little while. Thank goodness for Dora on Netflix! That has been my life saver.

No way!!! i'm so sorry. I hope she feels better soon. Did she catch it from someone or what? Poor thing.
Oh man Ruby had it when she's was like one and I remember the doctor said it was really painful! When Avery's up for a playdate give me a call.
Poor Avery! She looks so pitiful curled up on the chair like that-I just want to cuddle with her!
By the way, Dallace has that same spot on her cheek it comes and goes a little cortisone cream gets rid of it fast (like a day and half)
oh poor girl. i hope she feels better fast. Cambree had that and i thought it was the weirdest name for it...well i won't tell you what i think it sounds like! HA But yeah the dr. told us it was pretty painful too.
just spent three hours in ER...Daniel was diagonesed with it along with ear infection....Just hope baby can hold on a little longer
